We are looking for someone to head up the management of one of our major international accounts. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the work we do for them as their brand guardians, design consultancy, marketing and advertising agency.

We are looking for someone to run our studio like clockwork. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of all production aspects of the studio including: taking and allocating briefs to designers, web developers and photographers, scheduling and workflow, sourcing and estimating, proofing, artworking, retouching and organising and producing photo shoots in our photographic studio.

We’re after a web developer who is completely
confident in PHP, SQL & MySQL, Actionscript,
HTML and CSS. You’ll need a minimum of three
years industry experience, an in-depth knowledge
of web technologies and be up-to-speed on
what's hot and what's not in the world of web
development, best practiand online news.

You must be able to demonstrate that you are expert
on the Mac and PC in Dreamweaver, Flash 8+ and
Photoshop. We’ll also need to see that you are
‘standards aware’ in web development, online
security policies and accessibility. We also need you
to be expert in Apache server configuration,
DNS management, email setup and FTP configuration.

A thorough knowledge of the ways of Google and
Google analytics is also essential, as we’ll be asking
you to optimise and track our marketing sites
using this system as well as via our own systems.

You’ll be involved in planning, designing, developing,
testing and launching applications using PHP and MySQL.

We’ll also be asking you to further develop existing
applications that have already been built in PHP and
Flash 8 using MySQL.

We’ll need to see that you can plan and implement
a relational database schema. We tend to work by
creating front end user interface visuals, which we
will need you to plan and design DB
structures around.

And as if that's not enough! we want you to have a
keen eye for design and pixel perfection.

Most importantly of all, you must be a completely
