The Meads asked us to rebrand their family business a decade ago in 2011 and we are still working on new challenges together.

It was founded 50 years ago by Roger and Mary Mead on their family farm in Blagdon, Somerset, and has grown to become Britain’s leading organic dairy, with a strong commitment to regenerative agriculture and biodiversity.

By simply following their hearts and doing the right thing, they created a true challenger brand that conventional dairies just couldn’t emulate. Our job was easy. We merely had to help them tell their story to the world, ensure the things they made looked as good as they tasted and build a direct relationship with their consumers.

Our first project was to rebrand the business, redesigning their entire range of more than 150 products and relaunching their digital communications. We’re pleased to say sales and distribution have grown steadily ever since.

Our next core focus was building a direct relationship with their consumers who are incredibly loyal. We built a bespoke world-leading loyalty scheme for them, Yeokens, that has now almost a million consumers banking 100m Yeokens a year – and spending twice as much on Yeo Valley as a result.

Looking to the future, in 2021 we helped craft a 100-year brand plan for Yeo that puts nature and sustainability at the heart of everything they do, which will shape their direction and all our future work with them.
